We found working with Country Roads (primarily Kyle!) a pleasant experience. Kyle’s calm demeanor and ability to handle schedule adjustments and to work with us collaboratively and cooperatively was excellent.
It is clear Kyle has navigated the estate sale process a number of times and recognizes there are always a few alligators in the moats around the castles of living owners' or their heirs, whose furnishings and collections and is tasked with organizing and selling to a fickle group of bargain-hunters, both professionals and amateurs. I would not want his job!

Kyle communicated frequently and responsively whenever questions or issues arose. We always believed and felt that Kyle cared about how the process was managed as much as about getting results and having a "good sale." Kyle never was pushy about setting a price on "special" items and responded graciously when we questioned whether some prices were too high or too low.

I helped an 88 year old friend after 8 days in the hospital and 20 in rehabilitation settle back into her home. After a month at home it was obvious she needed to move into an assisted living facility where three other of her church friends lived. It was a Godsend.
We turned to Kyle at Country Roads to sell 51 years with of furniture, kitchen appliances, antiques, and everything she had collected over the years. They quickly came and did an estimate of projected gross sales which was much higher than other firms had projected. His estimate was right on target.
Country Roads had a social media strategy to target likely customers. We were glad we chose them and were well pleased with our friend’s sale.

I cant recommend Country Roads Estate Sales highly enough - from beginning to end, Kyle and his crew handled everything superbly, including setup, sale and final cleanup. Even though we are almost 1,000 miles away and preparing for a home sale as well as the estate sale, Kyle stayed in constant communication for input and approval of every step. Unlike some estate sale companies who just handle the sale, Kyle and crew are the real deal whole package, arranging and pricing sale items, setting up and selling, arranging for disposition of unsold items and actually providing cleanup services as well. This level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare and difficult to find, and we are so glad we found them. Five out of five stars is really not enough, and they have my highest recommendation for a flawless experience if you are in need of an expert estate sale service with a personal touch.
