We understand that liquidating an Estate may be a bit overwhelming. That is why we are here to help remove the burden from you, whether it's the death of a loved one, downsizing, or any other life circumstance.
We are committed to providing quality customer service to all of our customers. We understand that these are your loved ones treasures, we set up and execute all sales with respect and dignity. We will set up the home to provide an inviting atmosphere. We have a network of counterparts that aid in research and price items to yield the highest profit. We strive to have the best possible outcome for your estate sale.
During our free home assessment we will answer all your questions regarding the sale. We will then sign the agreement, exchange keys and other household information (alarms, trash days, ect.) from here we will take over and give you peace of mind.
We will tag, research (if needed), price and display items. The sale will be advertised on www.EstateSales.NET, Facebook, and other social media sites. Signs will be placed the day of sale to draw in extra traffic. We will host a 3 day sale unless a 2 day sale is requested. At the conclusion of the sale all items will be removed (can be left upon request). Houses will be cleaned, hard surfaces will be wiped, floors swept, and carpets vacuumed.
