There is nothing you have to do. We are a complete turn key operation starting with a free consultation, selling everything from household contents to farm equipment, tools, firearms, jewelry (jeweler on staff), barns, attics, etc.
We have a honest, compassionate, friendly crew to assure the safety of your prized possessions.
If the house is on the market, we work with the realtor to do everything possible to promote the sell of the home. Many people inquire about homes during an estate sale and many homes have sold during the sale.

We have a large following and advertise online (all over Texas and can advertise nationally if needed), by email and in the local newspapers.
Should anything be left after the sale we have people who offer to buy out, or items can be donated to your favorite charity. In either case we leave the house empty and ready to sell.
Summary:
Each home (including barns, attics and storage buildings) is carefully cleaned, research(if needed), staged and tagged in an average of 2-4 weeks depending on the size and cleaning required. We do not overlap sales to insure that each home is given all of our undivided attention. Sales are 4 days,Wednesday to Saturday from 9AM-6PM. We have a friendly, honest, compasionate crew to guarantee that all clients are helped promptly and no merchandise can be taken without payment. At the end of the sale all items that are not sold can be donated to a charity of your choice or we have people willing to make a buy out offer. In either case your home will be left empty. You will be provided with an inventory list of transactions, as well as before and after pictures (upon request) Southern Ladie's goal is making sure that every client is happy with the outcome of their sale and every buyer walks away with something they’ll love. We know that estate sales can mean there are big changes happening in your or a family member’s life. That is why we want to liquidate your property in a tasteful, elegant manner that honors you or your loved one.
