If you require an auctioneer we have one available on our staff for those special items or final liquidation of items.

*** Most sales are conducted for three days at your home.
Our sales are paid for by an agreed upon commission when selling your items. This commission along with a small prep amount will be determined by the amount of work, items and time allotted to prepare for the sale. Most of the time; there will no upfront fee paid until the first day of the sale.
