1. We will come to your home or place where an assessment is needed.
2. We will do a walkthrough of your home or place of liquidation and talk with you to get a clear picture of what your needs are.
3. Then we can give an evaluation based on what we have seen and heard so that YOU will be able to make an informed and educated decision. Should we both agree to a perfect fit, then we can move on to the next phase in getting your Estate Liquidation up and running.
Pre-Estate Sale Services That Will Be Performed:
• Clean and stage house for the estate sale.
• Research, inspect, evaluate, and price each item for sale.
• Organize, evaluate, and adequately display household contents for sale.
• Photograph sale items for estate sale advertisements.
• Provide proper display tables and locking display cases for valuables.
• Price each sale item.
• Advertise and promote estate sale, including signage, websites, social networking, online/internet advertisements, and mailing list.
• Place signage at the sale location, including significant intersections to direct buyers to the sale.
Estate Sale Day Services:
•Conduct a three to four-day Professional Estate Sale.
•Cultivate a fun and friendly environment for customers at the Estate Sale.
•Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, professional sales staff.
Post-Estate Sale Day Services:
After the estate sale, we remove any remaining items per our written agreement. This may consist of arranging for a haul away service, charitable donation, or other arrangements. Your property will be left clean and free of unwanted items.
