In early January 2020,the unfortunate death of my younger sister made my wife and me to pick up and move to Dallas for 10 days to try and put things in order. Brian Seelar of South Fork Estate Sales was a massive help in getting things in order. My wife and I are experienced antique dealers with years of experience in estate sales. Brian and his team, notice how often he uses the word "team", did an unbelievable job of rescuing a desperate situation and turning a lemon into lemonade as much as possible, all while we had returned to our home 12 hours away. We gave him the keys, asked him to work with the realtor and the neighbors, and said "good luck".l've never met a more thorough,attention to detail and presentation,and honest person. He achieved results we didn't realize were possible and kept us posted in a timely fashion.Brian will listen to you and advise you.He has had difficult situations and can help you with either a simple downsizing or an untimely, disagreeable situation.
