I had the pleasure of working with Christa and Robert Deal and their staff in preparing for my mother’s estate sale. When I first started the process of liquidating I thought I could do it by myself. After going through the closets, attic and garage I felt overwhelmed and knew it was more than I could handle alone. I contacted Deal’s Estate and they said not to worry they would handle everything. Throughout the entire process they were very professional and compassionate regarding my mother’s possessions. I could not have done this without them. During the three day sale they kept me updated daily as to the progress. At the end of the sale they had lived up to their promise. I feel I have to give props to Christa and Robert for the way they handled my mothers' estate. They did everything with care and proficiency, even down to returning emails and phone calls. This was a very hard time for my family as we just lost our mother a few months ago but it had to be done and fast. I felt their pricing was fair to both us and to the customers'. Most of the stuff sold and they were VERY good to advertise everywhere they could on the internet. I don't know how they do it but they know their business. During the sale they were constantly moving things, re-grouping etc. They work hard. They were very compassionate with me and my sister. They understood how hard this was for us. After the sale they cleaned the house and boxed up the remaining items for us. Thank you so much for everything Christa and Robert. You and your team are great people.

"For our family this was a "first time" experience with an Estate Sale. From the initial contact to the final good bye, the Deals and their team were extremely professional. They were forthright and explained every step to us so we would know what to expect. When we had a huge 7 inch rain on the first day of the sale, they did not flinch but stayed the course and were determined to make up for the loss of attendance in the final two days. From our perspective, they "under promised and over delivered" even to the point of having a polished clean up team and even removed the nails where pictures were hung. Christa and Robert are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Deal's Estate Sales went that extra mile over what I expected...it simply amazed me that they could organize everything in my M-I-L's home and sell most of it. You guys were great and delivered on everything you said you would. I had fun, even though you guys worked your tails off. It was definitely a relief for Pat and somewhat therapeutic that her mom’s stuff found a home with others who could use her stuff. Barney says hi!

He only wishes he could have watched the operation in action…Bob likes organizing things so he would have been in heaven. Thank you for keeping him in the loop which was helpful since he is overseas and as you can imagine there are several moving parts involved with this process. Two of our friends bought houses on the water outside Fort Lauderdale and they are really happy. Can you tell us the name of the city you were visiting on vacation when Bob spoke with you. Now that we have to return to the States every year to keep my US residency status, we’re interested in exploring Florida. Again thanks and as we say in Germany ‘SUPER JOB.”

Christa and Robert along with their staff are absolutely the best in the business. I have attended their sales for years, and have bought dozens of items from them. Robert & Christa Deal held the estate sale for my in-laws last week and we could not have asked for a better experience. They sorted, cleaned & handled everything. They persevered through heavy rain & were able get top dollar for all of their things. Once the sale was over they left the home cleaner & in much better shape than they found it & gave us contact information for people to collect what was left over. THIS WAS OUR FIRST ESTATE SALE AND WE DEFINITELY PICKED THE RIGHT COMPANY TO HELP US! I DID NOT FEEL SECURE WITH OUR ITEMS BEING DISPLAYED ON THE INTERNET ONLY. BUT THERE WAS A WHOLE DIFFERENT FEELING TALKING TO ROBERT AND CHRISTA. WE SELECTED THEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE SINCERE, AND VERY UP FRONT WITH ALL THINGS. WE UNDERSTOOD THE WAY IT WAS RUN, AND COULD FEEL FREE TO ASK QUESTIONS! THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT WITH THE ITEMS TO BE DISPLAYED, AND THE PRICING; AND IT ALL WENT VERY WELL! WE WERE ALLOWED TO ADD ITEMS AS WE SAW FIT. THE STAGING OF THE ITEMS WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, AND WE CAN NOT THANK ROBERT AND CHRISTA ENOUGH. ITEMS WERE PRICED FAIRLY, AND LIKE ITEMS WERE PLACED CLOSE TOGETHER. THEY TOTALLY UNDERSTOOD SOME OF MY ISSUES ABOUT FAMILY HEIRLOOMS NOT BEING SOLD. EACH DAY WAS A TOTAL SUCCESS AND CHRISTA LET US KNOW EACH EVENING HOW THE DAY WENT AND THE MONEY TOTAL . WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH CHRISTA AND ROBERT AND THE EXTRA HELPERS THEY
