Soulshine Estate Sale Company

Lizzy and her team at Soulshine Estate Sale were fantastic. My wife and I had been putting off and agonzing about clearing out my MIL home after she passed but Soulshine Estate really took a big burden off our shoulders.

Lizzy was very quick to respond to my emails and messages in setting up the estate sale. Within a day or two of our initial email, I set up a meeting with Lizzy and her husband and they walked me through the whole process. They outlined in detail the whole process, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable.

Lizzy was very thorough the entire time and would coordinate with me when her and her team would be working in the home. The team was able to organize the home within a week and the sale went off with out a hitch.

The entire process was pretty effortless on our end; they essentially took care of everything. They even hauled away things that didn't sell. We were able to take that additional haul away cost out of the money that was paid out from the sale so we didn't have to front that cost.

Overall, I felt that Lizzy and her team took something so dreadful and made it an overall positive experience. I always felt they were so respectful of my MIL's home and understood what a difficult time it's been for our family. They were wonderful.Lee SalazarNovember 2025

We recently had an estate sale at my mom's house. Her house was PACKED and the thought of having to organize, price and then have a sale was overwhelming. We hired Soulshine and they were FANTASTIC! They took care of EVERYTHING and Lizzy communicated so well with us. She even sent me pictures of items she thought we might want to keep even though we thought we had gone through everything. And yes, there were items we definitely wanted to keep including my dad's hat to his dress army uniform from the 1970s (i already had his uniform). Also, some expensive jewelry that was found hidden. They are so honest. I had no fears of them doing the sale for us. I cannot recommend this company enough. Lizzy and her company Soulshine Estate Sales had a sale at my house after my husband and I downsized and moved to Houston. I was very skeptical that I had enough “stuff” to be worthwhile for both her and me. She convinced me that people bought “stuff” and that it would indeed be worth her time to do it. I still thought I would end up owing her when it was over! However she staged everything and sent me pictures. She did a great job. She made everything look so nice. She even described the sale on her FB page as funky stuff, which it was. Much to my surprise after she deducted her fee, I made a fair sum of money off it, the bonus was everything that didn’t sell she had hauled to trash or donated by the next afternoon. I didn’t have to lift a finger. It was a win win for both of us! She is very personable and communicated frequently (since I wasn’t there in person). Some of my neighbors went to purchase things and they said she was a very astute business person and things were not overpriced. If you’re moving and thinking about an estate sale contact her, you will not be sorry. She does what she promises to do even if you have no real valuables.
