• We start by sorting, organizing, and cleaning estate items.
• We then begin to stage the items utilizing furniture and tables around the house and with tables, tablecloths, shelving, etc., that we supply.
• Assess all items offered for sale and photograph items to display for advertising.
• Begin pricing each item.
• Advertise the sale on EstateSales.net and various social media sites and display street signs on the day of the sale.
• Arrive early on the day of the sale and make it a great day!
• After the sale, we provide you with a detailed sales report and pay you your portion of the proceeds once all other expenses are paid (per agreement).
