Vintiques Liquidation SVS is a family-owned and operated total estate liquidation service. We service the entire Dallas /Ft Worth MetroPlex Area and 50 miles in either direction outside of those areas.

We have nearly two decades of combined experience in the Antique, vintage, and collectible arena. One of our many specialties of liquidations is our reputation for dealing with hoarders' havens. While we also accommodate, downsizing, divorcing, Small Business Liquidation Consignment, Total house Clean Out Loss of a loved one On Line Sales. Whatever your needs, we are here to meet them.

We are licensed insured and bonded. We have a team of experienced well well-trained professional individuals who understand the process of preparing and conducting estate liquidation sales.

Our process:
1. We will come to your home or place where an assessment is needed.

2. We will do a walkthrough of your home or place of liquidation and talk with you to get a clear picture of what your needs are.

3. Then we can give an evaluation based on what we have seen and heard so that YOU will be able to make an informed and educated decision. Should we both agree on a perfect fit, then we can move on to the next phase in getting your Estate Liquidation up and running.

Pre-Estate Sale Services That Will Be Performed:

• Clean and stage the house for the estate sale.

• Research, inspect, evaluate, and price each item for sale.

• Organize, evaluate, and adequately display household contents for sale.

• Photograph sale items for estate sale advertisements.

• Provide proper display tables and locking display cases for valuables.

• Price each sale item.

• Advertise and promote estate sales, including signage, websites, social networking, online/internet advertisements, and mailing lists.

• Place signage at the sale location, including significant intersections to direct buyers to the sale.

Estate Sale Day Services:

•Conduct a three to four-day Professional Estate Sale.

•Cultivate a fun and friendly environment for customers at the Estate Sale.

•Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, professional sales staff.

Post-Estate Sale Day Services:
We use an independent contractor to remove leftovers or arrange for pick-up from donation sources.

We will be with you every step of the way, making sure you have a profitable and successful estate sale, we don’t just meet your needs, we exceed your EXPECTATIONS with outstanding results.

I used Mrs. Betty for my daughter's sale in Royse Tx, I came down from Florida. She took care of me, helped pack up the things I wanted to keep took them to UPS, helped me with the sale of her home, took me to the Airport and stayed until I boarded the flight. And when the sale was done, she called to let me know the results. The house was sold and so was everything in it. Her percentage was so low. When she was about to wire the money, I called and left her a voicemail to take an extra amount. I have instructed my Family in Florida to call her for my Estate sale. Vintiques Liquidation Svs just finished a sale for me in Desoto, Texas. I knew we didn't not have a lot in our sale and no one else would take it. My dad needed to go to an assisted living facility and we needed to sale the house to help with his expenses. Mrs. Betty took the sale rearranged everything , advertised to her customers let them know the story. And in Two days everything was sold. The neighbor that lived behind my father offered to buy the house when the sale was over. Her Personality and Tenacity is unheard of. When I met her she listened to what was going on and said, okay well I guess we better get to work. I mean she sold everything. Including the house. First of All , This lady is awesome, she cleaned, staged, advertised and conducted our Estate Sale. My mother and Father had three extra storage buildings outside of the home. I live in Memphis, but came down to show her the contents of the house. She came to see the house accepted the Sale. And she and her staff started right on the spot. I headed to Tennesee. I never had to worry as she text or called me regularly to update me on the progress. When she called and told me the amount she got from the sale. I had to sit down, I could not believe my ears. I am a hoarder, well at least I was until Vintiques Liquidation Svs took on my Estate Sale. I don't know how she put up with me and the whining and tantrums. She just calmly explained what she was doing, she gave me options. And even made me see that I had to do something about my hoarding. At the end the house looked really clean. I almost did not want to sell it. But it sold less than one week after the sale. She's pretty cool.. Oh I might add I got a lot of money from my sale , and her percentage was very reasonable. I used Vintiques for me and my brother estate sale after my mother passed. And I am so happy I did. My mother had a vase in the house that we thought was just a vase to hold flowers. Mrs. Betty saw it at first glance and told us it was a very rare item and that our mother probably knew it would bring us a lot of money. Not only did she research it for us. She got in touch with a top collector and got us top dollar for it. And if that wasn't enough she got us 2x's more than we expected from the sale and a buyer for the house.
This is a cool Lady. Her percentage is low and people take it for granted. Don't she is very no-nonsense.

Mrs. Betty at Vintiques liquidation Svs offered to do an Estate Sale for me. But I wanted a large company so I turned her down. The company I chose backed out because they had a better sale. My house was sold and I had already closed and the new owners were waiting to take possession. Mrs. Betty saw I put in an ad for someone to do the sale. She called and asked what happened, I told her she said I will be there in an hour. And she was with just a small staff. I met her for the first time in person. She gave me the contract, she and her staff started staging the house. She said to take the contract read over it leave the keys. And she will pick it up the next day. That's all she said, that was a Sunday. That weekend she had the sale that Tuesday she called me over to see the house when I got there, I could not believe my eyes, the house was empty and clean. She handed me donation receipts, invoices and money order with my percentage of the proceeds.
I gave her a big hug and promised I would tell everyone to use her. Amazing job

Vintiques did an outstanding job for us when I lost my dad. My dad was a hoarder with a 3000sq.ft house he and my mom built in the woods in Corsicana, Texas. She and her staff took exactly two weeks from the time of signing the contract to the end of the sale. Cleaned the house and gave me my proceeds in less than 48 hours. She's a little energizing bunny.
I made twice if not 3 times as much as I expected.
Shes Good. She loves to sale. So leave what you want to sale. Because she will sell it and for a good price.

I just had a sale with Vintiques Liquidation Svs; Mrs. Betty is something. She came even after I told her I had someone who ran out on me a week before we were scheduled for sale. I called her, and she came right over and reviewed the agreement with me. They started the next day. The sale was great I got a lot more than I expected because it was a small sale. I have one thing to say, Mrs. Betty at Vintiques is excellent and passionate about her company. I had my sale with her a month ago and am happy.
She has some rules, one no children, but when she explains why it makes a lot of sense, and the customers know when they see the sign. She will not bend.
She explains the details and the process and will ask for your input. I would use her again and would refer her to anyone having a sale. Thanks for a smooth transaction.

Okay, when I met Mrs. Betty with Vintiques, I was hysterical, I told her what was happening, and she said no worries, I got this. Her nature and passion for this business are outstanding. My mother needed to sell the contents of over 50 years of collections. She was a hoarder. She met us at the house. My husband was so happy to see her. They hit it off right away. They shared a couple of scriptures, and he said here are the keys. We are on our way back to Tennessee. They conducted four back-to-back sales as we had three sheds and a four-bedroom home. Until almost all were gone, She donated part to the soaring eagles for special needs kids. We came back to Dallas to clear our storage, and she also took care of that for us. I will always use her.

Mrs. Betty Conducted an estate sale for me, a daddy girl. He had his meat processing plant. And collectibles everywhere. And a war veteran. To make a long story short. My mother had memory loss when she passed. Mrs. Betty texted me at work and said to come to the house when I got a lunch break. When I arrived, she stood less than 5 ft and looked up at me. As a single mom, I struggled to sell the house and the contents to take care of bills. She said here, this was in Mom's room. The envelope was old, falling apart, And taped across the top. I teared up. She said to take it. I got to get back to work.
Oh, by the way, I also found your dad's family tree. Make sure you get it this evening. I counted the money. It was a lot. She did not have to give me that envelope. I could not believe it. Mrs.Betty At Vintiques is the best, she conducted my Dad's content when she went to a nursing home, my daughter's content when married, and they combined homes.
