We offer a free consultation at your location. If you choose our services, we will sign a simple, straightforward contract that spells out expectations and terms. There will be no surprises, and there is never an out-of-pocket expense to you. We promptly issue a check to you for the total proceeds less our commission. That commission (which is typically less, and often much less than traditional estate sales companies) covers our professional services, advertising, sales, inventory services, organizing, pricing, security, sales tax accounting, credit card and check fees, and research on ever-changing market values.

The Aurora Estates & Auctions staff is professional, experienced, friendly, and sensitive to your needs. If your items are moved to our location for sale, they will be moved by company personnel in company owned trucks.
