We run estate sales that are clean and organized. Items sell better when they are clean and easily visible. We will clean out and sort through all your boxes and furniture. DO NOT throw anything away before a sale. The old adage definitely rings true here.... "One man's trash is another man's treasure".
We bring in all cleaning supplies, tables and display items.
We thoroughly research your items and price them to get you the best possible prices.
We provide the advertising for your sale via several different avenues and directional signage during sale days.
We staff and conduct the estate sale on the dates specified in our contract.
Once the sale is complete we can arrange for donation and trash pick-up and sweep and vacuum your home.
Within 10 days will meet with you to return any keys and present you with your proceeds check.
