Emilee did a great job handling my estate sale. She was always prompt in communicating with me and she appropriately managed my expectations relative to the overall approach for the sale. It only took 2 weeks from my initial phone call to her to prepare, conduct the sale and perform final cleanup.

Emilee was absolutely amazing! She was brought in at the last minute to help get an estate sale organized and done for an estate property that was almost filled to the brim with items and had been stagnate in process. Emilee was able to come in and get things sorted, organized, priced, and the estate sale done all within 3 weeks. Her communication was outstanding. I wish I could duplicate her in other markets throughout the state!

Emilee was super organized and extremely hard working. She was thorough in going through all items and alerting the family if she ran across a personal item that we had missed. She provided a full accounting and proved to be extremely honest - she found some money Mom had hidden behind a picture and gave it to us - we would never have known of it had she not given it to us. The house was empty when she was through - all items not sold were taken to Good Will or Salvation Army; all trash was disposed of. She took care of everything. The net profit was more than we had anticipated due to her diligence and hard work.
