We are a professional estate sale service with many references and the consultation is FREE. Let me guide you through this delicate process and eliminate unnecessary work for you and your loved ones. Contracting well in advance of real estate transactions insures my being able to process and host your sale . Furthermore.... DON'T THROW AWAY ANYTHING!!! We sell and make $$$$ on items you can't imagine...everything from A-Z. PLEASE , don't start cleaning and clearing, then become overwhelmed at the mess, and put it all in the trash, as countless dollars are tossed needlessly. Let us decide and then discard the rest.... There is no need for you to "clean up" before we arrive... We provide the service you need to downsize or completely clear yours or a loved one's home. We clean as we process. Photos from previous sales are available. There is no job too big for our team.I take great pride in the set up and organization process, as well as multiple means of paid advertising and extensive client lists so that I can deliver the best return possible. I elaborate on the display of your merchandise with great respect for the original owners as well as yourself. I provide all materials for the set up and hosting of the sale and pay for all advertising and employee expenses. You are absolutely out of pocket no funds. I am bonded and insured. I am also an auctioneer licensed with the State of Texas, however in most cases I feel I can provide a better return by doing a two day estate sale with hours to attract more buyers and little if any danger of weather concerns. If liquidation is a choice, the home will be left empty, excluding contractual non-liquidate items.Vacuumed, swept and counters cleaned, completely ready for your real estate agent to show the property. My husband and I had the task of downsizing from 3800 sf home to a 900 SF apartment and entered into a contract with Debbie Hendrix,the Gypsy Junk Lady ,to deal with the large quantity of household items we could not keep.Ms. Hendrix did an excellent job in explaining the process, arranging for a time to organize and price items to be sold,researching material to enable appropriate pricing for a broad range of items.In addition to household ware,linens and furnishings, she dealt with specialty items including a grandfathers clock,French Provencal sideboard,antique Browning shotgun, oriental rugs and antique dolls.Ms. Hendrix and her staff managed the sale for a two day period with a careful eye on customers as well as safety.
