We specialize in assisting you with the liquidation of residential, commercial and personal property. We have 17 successful years of experience in the state of Utah conducting Estate Sales. Our consultation is FREE. We conduct sales anywhere in Utah - Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, Park City - if you are located in Utah, we can assist you. We will come to you and discuss the best plan of liquidating the personal property of the home or business. Ususally we conduct a three day sale, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. After you have selected the items you wish to keep, we enter the home, set up and stage the personal property for a sale. We price the items with the highest price attainable and then conduct the sale. After the sale, the items remaining are inventoried and donated to a charity of your choice with a donation slip to you for tax purposes. We have a check out table at the entrance and you receive a copy of each sale receipt. We work off a percentage basis depending on the size of the sale. Your percentage is right off the top of the gross sales. Out of our percentage we pay for the advertising, staffing and other cost associated with conducting the sale.
