I had a short time frame and a hard deadline, am leaving the country and decided to liquidate. We scheduled it right up to the last of my being here so I could continue to occupy my place till the end. Adam did a superb job of organizing and photographing my belongings into lots. He was appreciative of the few edits and corrections I offered when previewing the auction online. His focus is on quality work.
I worried that the auction seemed to be getting little 'action' and Adam reassured me that they tend to start slowly and accelerate at the end. That was the pattern with mine as well. It helped to be able to ask questions during the process, and Adam always responded promptly.
Pickup day was magical! All day, Adam and his helpful crew directed traffic and helped people pick up their lots. He tracked down people who had forgotten items and made arrangements for them to get picked up. At the end, Adam walked through my empty place with me and made sure the job was complete.
The next day I was ready to get the place cleaned, and then I left for my overseas job. Adam made arrangements to get my check deposited into my bank account so I could leave with confidence. I recommend Puget Sound Estate Sales & Auctions very highly! If you are looking to downsize or to liquidate an entire estate, you will be well served by this company. Kind, hard-working and fair, and committed to quality work. You can't ask for more!
