Cream City Clean Out was formed in 2018 with one mission - to preserve and protect stories from reaching the landfills.
Our homes are filled with hundreds of personal items that have memories, stories, sentiment, love and if nothing else - more use, attached to each of them. We seek to repurpose as much as possible by providing various ways for you to reach your goal of diminishing the number of items in your home or project. Often times, the need for clearing out a property comes with sensitive circumstances which is why we believe it is important to work with a company that understands and respects the nature of your project. Cream City Clean Out is made up of a team of preservationists; we understand the emotional connections any given item may hold which allows us to assist clients in choosing a path that's right for them.
At Cream City Clean Out, our team collectively has 100+ years of experience in preservation and vintage/antique sales & knowledge - ranging from motorcycles, bicycles & cars, mid-century, war memorabilia & artwork, tools, trinkets & toys - and so much more! Big or small - we haul it all! We look forward to walking you through your next project!

What a great, local, family-run business. Their estate sales are well organized and well run. They are sensitive to the clients’ needs. Their prices are fair. After the sale, a client can opt for the to “clean out”. They will clean out the
