We’re Josh and Trisha Isais, the local owners of this business, and we got into this business because wanted to make a difference in the lives of the people in our community. Caring Transitions is about more than the services we can provide – it’s about the impact of what we do and the unique way we can help people.
Caring Transitions’ services are perfect for managing the many aspects of a senior move or assisting with the process of downsizing to provide a safer living situation, as well as for busy families and people clearing out the home of a loved one who has moved into assisted care or passed away. Our specially-trained team members handle decluttering, organizing, packing, moving, resettling, in-home estate sales and online auctions, estate clearing and preparing homes for market. We work with people in Casper, Cheyenne and the surrounding areas.
We are experienced business owners – we own and operate both Exceptional Cleaning Service LLC and the concession stands at the local little league baseball fields – and we are also active volunteers with a local organization called Pop in the Shop, which pairs at-risk youth with men who can mentor them while teaching them about vehicle maintenance. Josh also has a background as a mover and a supervisor. Trisha began her career in banking and, while she was staying home with their three boys, she started Exceptional Cleaning Service.
The people who owned this franchise before us would often contract out the cleaning services that are needed to prepare homes for market, which is how we found out about the Caring Transitions. The more research we did and the more we learned about the positive impact the business would allow us to make on individuals and families in our community, the more we realized this was something we wanted to do.
