1800s Brooks Spool Cotton Advertising Tin W/ Lid Lock and Key
1800s Brook's Soft Finish Spool Cotton Advertising Lithographed Tin with Lid, Lock and Key
Antique advertising Brooks Spool Cotton thread tin lithographed box that dates to the late 1800's. The bottom of the tin reads, "Brook's Soft Finish Spool Cotton". The inside lid is in great condition and reads, "Brook's Soft Finish Spool Cotton is the best for all machines & hand sewing Brook's Glace for the Wilcox & Gibbs Machine".
In excellent condition, Tin includes top handle and has the original the key! Does have some natural age wear and present. Please see pictures for design and condition detail. Measures 5 and 1/8" wide by 3 and 1/8" thick by 1.5" tall when closed.
Pick up for this item is Saturday March 25th at our office in South Chatham between 10AM-1 PM.
Shipping is available on this lot. If you require shipping, please contact us immediately after the auction closes with your zip code and we can bill you for shipping through stripe.com (the same company that will process normal payment for this auction).

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. If you fail to pick up your item at the time agreed upon ,and have not arranged for delivery, we will have to consider the piece abandoned and no refunds will be provided since the opportunity to sell the item to another customer will have passed and the house needs to be cleaned out. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving.

Please pay your invoice with credit card and bring the confirmation number with you when you pick up the item. The number is required for us to release the item (this is how we get paid from the credit card company).
For items that are stored at the Orleans location, Storage Fees are: $5 per day, per item, and then $25 per item each week after. If the item is not picked up within 14 days, it is considered abandoned and will be disposed of in a manner of our choosing.
Delivery services are also available through a third party. Please contact us with your name and address for delivery fees and somebody will get back to you by email.
