All items are being sold as is where is with no warranties guarantees either expressed or implied all items will be transferred by bill of sale only all sales are final. Payments are to be made by cash or wire transfer no later than pickup date. Winning bidders will have specified pickup day following the end date of the sale to pick up the merchandise. Anything not picked up in the allotted time will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal without a refund of any kind.
