As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Please ask if you need more info.
Please note once the bid option is used, the buy it now option is disabled. This is how the program is set up and can not be overridden. This does mean by bidding instead of buying now that the item could go higher than the original buy it now.
Some items have a reserve. If a reserve is not met, your bid will be registered. If the item you are bidding on closes without meeting the reserve, please reach out to us to see if we can honor your bid. For privacy reasons, estatesales.net does not share emails with companies, so please reach out to me if you are curious about items that didn't sell or didn't meet a reserve at the close.
**Also note, there have been lags at the end of bidding. To prevent not getting your item due to this, we highly suggest putting in your highest bid earlier than the last few minutes. It may show you as the leader at closing, but someone else gets is a high bid in the last few seconds. We can not be responsible for lags or technical issues. These are out of our control.
Unlike some sites, the lots do not close gradually, nor is bidding extended for last minute bidders. So please consider that when bidding.

In many cases, your card will be processed at the completion of the auction. If you buy several items or your items purchased are under 10 dollars, we will ask that you bring a card or cash at pickup. Pickup is June 11th from 3pm to 6pm. Failure to pickup your item will not release you from the obligation to pay for your item. Please make sure you are available for pickup before bidding.
At pickup, we will ask that you respond to our email with a 30 minute pickup time frame to let us know you received the address and let us know when to expect you. This allows us to try to have your order ready. If you do not receive the address by 8pm the night prior, call or text 6152949098 to let us know.
Lastly, please bring packing materials and helpers to move items if you need them.
