Primitive early cast iron kettle with gate mark. Includes original swinging handle and 6 Star mark with square star end on the top of them kettle. These were used to hang on a fire or the type you would see on a wood burning stove. Very old could be cleaned. There is a crack in the cast iron on the bottom underside of them rim. This old kettle heated up a lot of water in its lifetime.
Found out in the yard. Nana probably had a plant in it at one time.
Nana has her parents to stay up in the attic which we have not gotten to or the out building so keep looking for more items to be listed.
