Hand-painted porcelain model of Hop Castle, an octagonal country folly inspired by 18ᵗʰ-century English estates.
Limited edition: only 5,600 produced; this is hand-numbered #3454.
Series: Dickens’ Village, SKU 56.58633. Introduced May 2002 and retired Dec 2002.
Size: 5½ in W × 4 in D × 5 in H (see photo for scale).
Includes: working light cord (tested).
Condition: Clean, bright paint, no chips or cracks noted; accessory figure that originally made this a “set of 2” included, but it is missing the weather vein. No original box.
A charming, harder-to-find piece to tuck into any Department 56 Christmas village or British-themed display.
