Size: 8 inch Wendy-type body (classic bent-knee walker style proportion).
Series / Era: Likely a mid–late 1990s special / boutique issue (name pieces from that period often used jeweled trims & saturated bridal-satin fabrics). Not one of the standard Storyland or International countries—“Roxanne” appears to be a fashion / party dress character.
