This is a local pickup only sale.
No shipping is available and no exceptions can be made.
Remaining Pickup times for this sale are:
Saturday, August 23rd | 12 PM – 2 PM
For large purchases:
If you’re bringing a truck or trailer, you may be assigned a specific pickup time to help keep things safe and organized. More details are in the Terms.
3. Bonus Finds On-Site
We’ll have a selection of extra items available at pickup that aren’t listed online. These are first come, first served.
Please note:
We won’t be sharing photos or advance info on these items.
Bonus finds can be paid for at pickup using cash or card (a small card processing fee may apply).
All prices are firm—no haggling or bundling. We kindly ask everyone to keep their shopping quick and courteous so parking doesn’t get backed up.
4. Online Items Must Be Paid for Online
All purchases made through the online platform must be paid for at checkout.
We cannot accept cash or card at pickup for any item purchased online.

If you're picking up something large or heavy, bring tools, extra hands, and the right vehicle to safely transport your items.
Special Instructions for Large Item Pickups
If your pickup will require a trailer or moving truck—or might block the road or driveway—we may assign you a specific time slot to keep things safe and flowing smoothly.
Some sales take place in gated communities with strict rules, so arriving outside your window or blocking access may result in a reschedule.
If you think you’ll need extra space or time, please just let us know in advance. We’re happy to work with you when we can.
