Fostoria "Richmond" pattern water goblet.
This stemware pattern was produced by the Fostoria Glass Company, introduced in 1961 and discontinued in 1982.
It features a clear, handblown crystal design with a flared, flat-bottomed bowl and a gold rim.
The stem is distinctive, featuring a six-sided cut teardrop shape.
