Join us for a seven day online, holiday condo auction featuring an impressive selection of contemporary furnishings and decor, peppered with a handful of antique pieces throughout, creating a thoughtfully curated, tastefully designed living space. The owners have sold their lovely condo and we are now looking to re-home the home goods throughout.
This is a great opportunity to not only elevate and transform a living space, but do it in an environmentally sustainable manner, which is way cooler! Whether you are swapping out a couple pieces in your own home, have a short term rental that needs furnished or are a new homeowner looking for a few pieces, this auction is a great opportunity to do just that. Be a part of the secondhand-first movement as we find new homes for all the offerings from the condo.
If you are looking for inspiration or decorating ideas, check out the show, “Homeworthy”, on YouTube, which is show dedicated to homeowners and how they curate their living spaces. A common theme among many homeowners is the importance of estate sales, antique stores and auctions in creating the aesthetic they envision. Check it out if you have a moment. The online auction bidding is a "hard close" process , similar to Ebay, as opposed to a "soft close" process used by other online auction platforms, which extends the time if there is active bidding towards the end. There is no time extension using this particular platform. The bidding ends when the allotted time for each item expires, which is displayed under each item. Also, entering a maximum "max" bid doesn't necessarily mean you will pay your maximum bid. The system will automatically keep bidding on your behalf against other bidders up to your placed "max" bid for convenience purposes.

You are bidding on a lamp and place a max bid of $58.00 towards the end of the auction. The auction ends on the item and you win the item for $39.00. This means the next highest bidder had a high bid of $38.00, however you were willing to go up to $58.00. Your maximum bid doesn’t automatically jump to that amount when you place the bid. The bid only is increased if there are other bidders actively bidding on the item. Your maximum bids are hidden from other bidders, essentially creating a level playing field.
