This is a vintage Taylor barometer and thermometer set. The face of the instrument displays scales for relative humidity (0-100%), atmospheric pressure (28-31 inches of mercury), and temperature (0-120 degrees Fahrenheit). The casing appears to be made of a dark plastic or Bakelite, with mounting holes at the top and bottom. The back of the unit reveals the internal mechanism for the barometer, which includes a coiled spring and diaphragm system. The instrument shows signs of age and use, with some scuffing on the casing and slight discoloration on the face. The dimensions provided are 3.75 inches tall, 8 inches long, and 1.5 inches wide.
