Original handwritten vellum indenture between George Harvey and Susanna Harvey (grantors) and Samuel Regester (grantee), dated July 20, 1853, and recorded by James Sill Jr., Recorder of Deeds. Written in brown iron gall ink with decorative calligraphy and original red wax-and-paper seals. Signed by the parties and witnesses, including Justice of the Peace James Nulton.
