Original 1922 advertising calendar issued by Mrs. A.F. Pickens – Cook’s Beauty Parlor, located in the Roell Block, Minot, North Dakota. Features a beautiful full-color lithograph portrait of a young woman, printed by The G. & G. Co., Chicago (Gerlach & Gerlach), a well-known early American lithography and advertising firm.

The lower section retains the original January 1922 tear-off calendar sheet, stapled in place. These beauty-parlor-themed calendars were typically produced in small quantities for local businesses and are now quite collectible.

Attractive early 1920s fashion artwork, excellent for vintage advertising, ephemera, and regional memorabilia collectors.

Condition
Very good overall vintage condition. Minor edge wear and light surface marks. Calendar pad toned with age but intact. Top hanging cord present. Lithograph retains vibrant color. See photos.
