Highlights include The Rose; or, Affection’s Gift for 1843, Christmas Stories for Good Children published by D. Appleton & Co. in 1850, Greene’s English Grammar from 1865, Daily Strength for Daily Needs, Astronomy: The Sun and His Family, Early Poems by James Russell Lowell, Dick’s Common Sense Letter Writer, and the second edition of Secrets of Meat Curing and Sausage Making. Also included are decorative literary editions and three French travel and postcard booklets. Books are in antique estate condition with expected wear, discoloration, inscriptions, edge wear and possible binding weakness consistent with age. Completeness has not been independently verified.
