This is a commercial decorative print rather than a rare original antique engraving or limited-edition lithograph. Prints with the “Hand Coloured in England” sticker were commonly produced in the mid-20th century (roughly 1940s–1970s). A base image (often a photomechanical or lithographic reproduction of an earlier Victorian-style illustration) was printed and then hand-tinted with watercolors in England for the export market, especially the United States. They were sold ready-framed as attractive, affordable home décor.
The composition and title are consistent with popular sentimental subjects of the period (children, school, outdoor play, and tennis), though I did not locate an exact match to a famous original painting by a major named artist such as Kate Greenaway, Marcus Stone, or William Redmore Bigg.
