This exceptional vintage hand-painted Italian ceramic art pottery vase was commissioned by R.H. Macy and is attributed to the celebrated Italian artist Giovanni De Simone. This is a whimsical, Picasso-esque figural motif against a deep blue night sky with a yellow crescent moon.
