~Forfeiture of Unclaimed Items~
Any item not picked up by the deadline, and for which no approved alternate arrangements have been made, will be deemed forfeited. Forfeited items become the property of the auction company and may be resold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at the company's discretion. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for forfeited items.
~No Exceptions~
Your participation in the auction constitutes acceptance of these terms, and failure to comply does not relieve you of your payment obligation.
