Please Note: Shipping is available on select items only. Please contact us prior to bidding to verify shipping eligibility.

Buyer Responsibility: Buyer pays all shipping costs. A signature confirmation is required upon delivery for security.

Separate Invoicing: Shipping charges are calculated after the auction closes and will be billed separately from your winning item invoice. Buyer will need to provide a card they wish to use for shipping before shipping label is created.

Pickup Code Required: For shippable items, the buyer must provide their auction release/pickup code prior to dispatch. Once the item is handed to the carrier and tracking is generated, the order will be marked as fulfilled/released to process item payment.

Accepted Shipping Payment Methods: PayPal & Venmo.

As is the case with most estate sales, all bids and sales are as-is and final. We do our best to provide descriptions and pictures of our items so you know what you'll be receiving.

A Friendly Note on Bidding:
We want everyone to have a great experience! Please keep in mind that all bids placed are binding and final. Once a bid is entered, it cannot be retracted or cancelled. If you are the winning bidder when the hammer falls, you are responsible for completing payment for that item.

�� Auction Style: Hard Close

Just a heads-up: This is a Hard Close auction. That means when the clock hits zero, the bidding is officially over—no extensions! If an item is set to end at 7:00 PM, it closes right at 7:00 PM.

Pro-Tip for a Stress-Free Finish: Things can get pretty fast and "snappy" in those final minutes! To avoid the last-minute rush (and the flood of outbid notifications), we highly recommend using the Max Bid feature.

How it works: If you bid $5 but set your Max Bid at $10, the system will only increase your bid by the smallest increment needed to keep you in the lead.

Instant Outbid Notice: If you place a bid and are immediately notified that you’ve been outbid, another bidder has already set a higher maximum (proxy) bid on that item. The system automatically bids on their behalf up to their set limit.

The Benefit: It’s much easier than manually bidding in the final seconds, especially if you’re eyeing multiple items!

�� No Buyer’s Premium!

We like to keep things simple: There is no buyer’s premium added to your total at this auction.

"Estatesales.net" will charge winning bidders $2.95 to your total order.

�� PICKUP INFORMATION:

Location: Spokane Valley off of Pines exit (Address provided to winning bidders) the next day after the auction ends.

�� Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Important Information:

Plan Ahead: Please ensure you are available during the scheduled window to collect your items. Please have pickup code ready when arriving.

Small Item Flexibility: If you won smaller items and cannot make the pickup time, please contact us in advance. We may be able to hold them for you until you are available.

Large Item Flexibility: We understand that moving furniture and appliances requires planning. If you'd like to pick up your large items ahead of the official date, please let us know and we will do our best to assist with an earlier appointment.

No-Show Policy: If you do not pick up your items and fail to contact us for arrangements, your items will be forfeited and your card will still be charged.

Note: Please bring help for loading large furniture and appliances!
