Auction terms and conditions all items are sold as is, where is with no warranties expressed or implied. If you have any questions about items please ask prior to bidding for said items. We have tried to make sure we have provided an accurate description of any items based on pictures and descriptions.

We have delivery options for the Topeka area for a fee. Fee is based on items being delivered. We do contact-less drop off (porch or garage drop-off only). Please message or call for fees. Our minimum fee is $10 - $75 depending on  amount of items and how heavy.

Online Auctions - pick up times are as follows and will be 30 min appointments per 4 customers. (items must be paid for in order to pick-up unless you have communicated that you will pay cash upon arrival of your scheduled time). If you want you make arrangements to pay cash at pick-up please message us when invoiced. Please wear mask and social distance while doing pick-up. Also please be respectful of neighbors and home owners driveway while you are here. We are not responsible for any injury, illness or damage that may happen while you are picking up. Please be mindful of your surroundings and we look forward to seeing you!

* Any other appointments outside of this schedule will need to be approved before bidding.

* if items have to be moved from location to the next online auction there is a $15 moving fee associated  with it (unless it is furniture, then it is $25 per item)(unless you contact us directly for arrangements)

* Please bring help for large furniture items as we will not have extra help to move items out.

* If items are not paid for within 72 hrs. of auction end (unless other arrangements have been made), you give The Resale Lady permission to charge your credit/ debit card for your purchases.

* As a company we will be wearing mask & practicing social distancing as we help all customers coming to pick up their items.
