Pick-up: Items must be picked up by the listed deadline or the item will be forfeited. Please bring packing supplies, boxes and help to load items. Please pick up your item. If pick-up is not completed, you may be blocked from bidding on future items.

To ensure that lots are not mixed up or damaged, we will bring your items out of the home once you have checked in. Buyers will not be allowed to enter the premises. Pick-ups are first come, first serve. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to assist everyone in the order of arrival.
