Seller only accepts major credit cards.
We can ship or deliver but you are responsible to arrange and check costs with us before the end of the sale. If you do not arrange beforehand the fees can be calculated at the end however we will not cancel a sale. There is a 10% fee added to items being shipped to cover packaging and processing in addition to actual shipping charges.
Pickups are scheduled Fri. August 3rd 3-7 or Saturday August 4th 10-2pm unless shipping or delivery is arranged.
You will be sent a link to schedule your exact pickup time.
Because our clients have deadlines to clean out their house we may have to move your items to our warehouse in Cheektowaga after 7 days if not picked up. A fee of 20% is added for moving and items not picked up will continue to accrue storage of an additional 10% weekly in storage fees. After 30 days your items are re-sold and no refund will be issued. All items are to be picked up within one week. We will make every effort to work with you to to get a workable pickup time however, if you miss the pickup dates we cannot refund or cancel your sale.
If you cancel the sale for any reason a 25% restocking is assessed. No exceptions.
All items are sold AS- IS we are selling items for our clients so we are not able to place any guarantees or warranties. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your items before you remove them. Once the sale is complete we payout to our client therefore we cannot refund items or take returns for any reason.
