This estate sale will have firm prices on the first 2 days, March 1st and 2nd. On the 3rd day, March 3rd, items will be discounted 25% and on the 4th and final day, all items will be 50% off.

As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are AS-IS and final. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. Once a bid is entered, there is no way to cancel it.

By placing a bid, you are agreeing to pick up your merchandise on Friday, March 5th from 3-6 pm or Saturday, March 6th from 9am-Noon. These are the only times that customers will be allowed to pick up their merchandise. If you have any questions regarding pickup please feel free to email us. If you fail to pick up your items, you will still be charged for the items you purchased. ALL SALES AND BIDS ARE FINAL!

When picking up your items, we ask that you follow social distancing guidelines and wear a mask.
