All our stones are genuine and we test all stones with the Presidium jewelry tester, and cannot be responsible for exact stone type since many stones are the same hardness. We will not be responsible for misread descriptions. We will not be responsible for misdirected, mishandled and incorrectly shipped items. Larger furniture items will not be shipped or delivered. You must have your own movers/shippers for those items. "Battery replacement required" means in order for the item to work, you will need a new battery which we cannot provide.
