All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

We do not guarantee if you put in an item in your cart, it will be yours until you check out.

If you buy an item you are responsible for payment within 24 hrs of purchase once invoiced.

All Items are in “AS IS “ Condition, we do not warrant or guarantee any condition.

We do our best to note any condition issues, but we are not responsible for errors. If you have a question about any item, we will respond to any questions via email before the sale. It will be difficult to answer questions while sale is going on, but we will try.

Pick up will be via appointment, you must be avail during pick up time:

June 6 from 11am-2pm.

This is in a house with stairs, and a drive way that is not accessible. Parking will be on the street in a loading zone.
We do not have staff to help load. We can provide a number for movers if needed

All CC charges above $100 will require a separate form signed upon pick up.

Washington State Sales tax collected at time of sale.

Invoices generated thru estatesales.net do not include CC fees. CC Fees of 2.5% will be collected at time of pick up.
