Ended Oil painting, by Moroccan artist Rachid Mouhsine

This is one of ten oil paintings that the artist has given us to begin with to sell on his behalf. Rachid Mouhsine was born 1958 in Casablanca, later lived/worked in France, now in the U. S. It typical of his extreme abstract style, showing a figure with perceptible human body parts, especially the eye in the center. This painting uses fewer colors than Moushine usually chooses, however, he has selected to put the subject against a bright mustard yellow background and he has signed it boldly. It measures 20-1/2"h x 24"w and is done on newsprint paper, approximately 22-1/2"h x 23"w.
