Ended Table lamp, European, hand-painted flowers

This table lamp has been made of a European porcelain vase made in the early 20th century, having heavily gilded loop handles and rings on a tapered vase having cobalt waisted neck over a white body featuring two complementary groups of hand-painted roses in white/pink/orange/yellow plus smaller blue/purple flowers, done in fine detail, this over a tapered cobalt blue knopped lower portion flaring out over round foot over square base, overall 11-1/2" high x 6" diameter. The vase was successfully drilled through the bottom to electrify it as a lamp, set onto a custom-made 2-tier brass base, also a custom-made round 2-tier brass cover, making the entirety 13"high. Excellent condition. Rewired in 2021. The painting on the vase plus the heavy gilding suggest a German or Austrian maker.
