online auction is being conducted by Georgia Estate Antiques Exchange. Yes, every item will sell to the highest bidder, with no minimum reserve on anything!!! Everything must go!!! This estate is being downsized from a 6,000 square foot home in the beautiful Milton area to a 2,400 square foot residence, so many items will be sold. The sale is beginning Wednesday evening,, and the many additional items will be added by Thursday morning. Welcome and thank you for looking at our items. As is the case with most estate sales, all sales are as-is and final, no refunds or exchanges. We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and pictures of our items so you know exactly what you'll be receiving. The sale will begin on Wednesday April 6th at 10pm and start closing at 7pm on Sunday April 10th. It is the buyers responsibility to pick up their item(s) on the designated pick up day of Friday April 15th between 10am to 4pm, and Saturday April 16th 9am to 11am. Winning bidders will be provided the address for pick up, and are requested to call/text to let us know about what time you expect to arrive. One person will be able to assist leading. If needed, we can provide you a phone number for a local furniture mover who is very reasonable on prices.. You will be using a credit card to register for the auction which will be automatically charged for the item(s) which you are the winning bidder on plus the appropriate sales tax.
