Mrs. Carpenter was the widow of the late Paul Carpenter, Sr., former director of the Housing Authority and owner of Mens and Boys clothing stores. She was a homemaker and a great cook. She was also very prominent in her faith. This is a small, clean-up sale. Not a lot of stuff, but what is there is very clean and home-ready.
