Griggs Cool Stuff's JULY ESTATE SALE Welcome Everyone to Griggs Cool Stuff's Independence Day Sale, (a bit late, but no less wonderful)!! We were very lucky to find two great estates in our fabulous city. One off Grelot Road, the other in the Hillcrest area. Both were literally packed!
