This is the Estate of Gary and Kathleen Phillips. They have lived on this property for 50+ years. There are lots of great household personal items and a shop full of tools and equipment. Mr. Phillips was a boat mechanic for many years. There are several small boxes for NOS of seals and gaskets for many name brand motors and carburetors. The sale will be March 27 & 28 from 8am-4pm.
