I will charge tax unless you hand me a valid Arizona Business License. It is the law and I do not "take it off the top" as other company can and do. It is only fair to the homeowner to not pay tax going out the door. ..And I do not want to pay tax on something I did not buy, I know you are all adults and will understand.
