John Coleman Terry Oil Painting on Canvas "Cutty Sark": An original oil painting on canvas titled Clipper Ship ‘Cutty Sark’ by listed artist John Coleman Terry (American, 1870-1934). The painting depicts the famous clipper ship with full sails, navigating a choppy ocean, with lightly scattered gray clouds in the blue sky. It is signed to the lower right corner “John Terry”, and is also hand-marked by the artist to the back of the canvas with information about the painting, which reads “Clipper Ship ‘Cutty Sark’ Built Dunbarton 1869. Gross Tors 963. Length 212ft. Beam 36ft. (South Atlantic. Starboard Watch furling crojack.)” The painting is presented in a custom wood frame with a gilded inner border and is ready to hang.

James Emery Greer Original Oil Painting "The Sage Reclaims the Land": An original signed oil painting titled The Sage Reclaims The Land by listed artist James Emery Greer (American, 1948-1990). The painting is rendered in a somewhat thick impasto style, depicting a grand vista of high craggy mountain peaks descending to pine and aspen covered slopes with a small wooden cabin amidst sparse fir trees and sagebrush near Marble, Colorado. The painting is signed “James Emery Greer” to the lower right corner and is presented in a gilded wood frame with a linen fillet. The back of the canvas is marked by hand “all reproduction rights reserved by the artist James Emery Greer” and the title of the work is handwritten on the wood stretcher. Ready to hang.

Craftsman 10-Inch Table Saw System: A Craftsman 10-Inch Table Saw System. This electric table saw is made by “Sears, Roebuck, and Co. Model 315.228110, Serial Number T009411131”. The saw powers on but is otherwise untested. It is located in the garage of the seller’s home.

Shopsmith Drill Press: A Shopsmith drill press. This electric drill press has an extending workspace with wheels on the base for adjusting its length. The drill press is marked “Shopsmith” but the model is unknown. Also included are two chuck keys and a sanding plate attachment. This item is located in the garage of the seller’s home.

GMC Compound Miter Saw: A GMC compound miter saw. This electric compound miter saw is made by the “Global Machinery Company, Model LSMS10UL, Serial #92000797”. It is marked “10” Slide Compound Miter Saw, Double Bar Slide Action, Extra Powerful 15 Amp Motor, Positive stops for common miter stops, Precision bevel cutting, Adjustable depth of cut. The saw powers on but is otherwise untested. It is located in the garage of the seller’s home.

Vintage Velvet Sofa: A vintage velvet sofa. The sofa features a curved back that forms the arms at the sides. There are three box seat cushions with piped edges. The upholstered sofa back features channels and button tufted details and is fully upholstered in a light toast colored velveteen fabric. No maker’s marks.

Ethan Allen Wood Dining Table and Chairs: An Ethan Allen wood dining table and chairs. Featured here is a four foot round dining table that becomes oval when the leaves are added. The base of the table splits in half, dividing the two legs and the bottom pedestal with four bun feet into two sections that support the oval table. Hidden on the underside of the pedestal between the bun feet are two metal casters and there is a metal ring attached to the base for separating the two sections. Also included are four dining chairs with arms and spindle backs. All of this furniture is made from a warm toned brown polished wood.

Grundig Mid-Century Stereo Cabinet: A mid-century Grundig stereo cabinet with record player, model KS 737 U. The cabinet dates to the 1950s or ‘60s. The rectangular cabinet has clean, straight lines, with horizontal ribs across the speaker on the front. The cabinet is made a highly polished wood and is labeled “Grundig” to the front. The cabinet rests on square, tapered legs. The top of the cabinet is hinged and lifts up to reveal a record player and space for records. The record player is marked “Grundig Automatic 36”, and has settings for playing various sized records including 78s, 45s and more. Included with the stereo cabinet is a collection of vintage vinyl records. Also includes the original owner’s manual.
