We have already downsized my parents home to assisted living. The sale is everything that remains. Sofa, coffee table, behind sofa table, rugs, twin beds with all bedding, bedroom dresser & night stand, small armoire, TV stand, small desk, kitchen table set, outdoor patio furniture, stereo equipment, pictures, decor items, some kitchen items, storage cabinets, a lot of misc items and also a golf cart.
